Follow a cable interwoven between rock spires and vestiges of the Great War, giving you a taste of heights, whilst in the safe hands of the alpine guide. Discover the quirky bits of history and hidden corners of these Magnificat peaks. All this is a part of Via Ferrata day out!
Via ferrate - Col di Bos is a great testing ground for the future adventures in Dolomites such as Alleghesi al Civetta, Spallone Sud-Ovest alla Marmolada, Costantini alla Moiazza and many more. it’s only one of many via ferratas in the heart of Dolomites, but one of the best to start with.

Via ferrata- Col dei Bos is one the most recent, established by the elite Italian Mountain warfare military corps known as Alpini. It starts on 2200m altitude, with further difference in level reaching 500m more  and it usually lasts 2h30min on average.
The most fiscally and mentally demanding part of the via ferrata is at the first 50m.
After the first part, despite being vertically exposed, the route does not hold many more longer difficult points., until the final one, which however is helped with many natural footholds and handfolds for easier ascend.
